The protection of our customers' privacy and personal rights when visiting our website is of crucial importance for the trustworthy use of our services. In order to order successfully in our shop, we need contact details such as your name, delivery and billing address and email address, as well as details of the type of payment method you have chosen for the correct execution and fulfillment of the contract. This information is marked as mandatory in our form fields - all other information is voluntary. The data you provide is also stored in our customer database. To avoid typos and to ensure that the items you order reach you, we check the completeness and accuracy of your address when you enter it - because without checking your data we cannot conclude the contract with you. The personal data we collect to process your order is stored until the statutory retention period expires and then deleted. Exceptions are tax and commercial retention and documentation obligations, which require longer storage and to which you have consented beyond storage in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR.
