Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. We make sure to package your precious creation careful to ensure it survives the journey to you!

Delivery times depend on the destination.Australia: 3 – 7 Business Days
Asia, Europe & North America: 3 - 28 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, DHL, Österreichische Post or StarTrack


Click and Collect

Click and collect is only available between November and December, as indicated on the website at the time of checkout. Orders must be collected within three weeks or before the last day of trade, whichever comes first. Orders that are not collected will be cancelled and will incur a 20% restocking fee.


Damaged goods

Once receive your order, please check your purchase for any damage or errors within 3 business days.
If there’s a problem, please send photos to support@edelglas.com, with your name and order number as the subject line. Our customer service team will be in touch to organise a replacement or refund as required.


Returns

International Shipping

International shipping is available all around the world. Please note VAT is not collected for EU orders and payment may be required upon delivery. 
Not all items are available to ship to all locations due to size and weight restrictions; our customer support team will be in contact if your order is affected.

Advertised shipping fees are estimates only; actual shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
